The annual loss of lead-acid batteries is so fierce that they often need to be replaced once a year or two. The service life of lithium-ion batteries is 3-5 years, which can generally be guaranteed for three years. The cycle life of lead-acid batteries is 300 times. For lithium iron phosphate batteries, the cycle life of 3C is more than 800 cycles.


5. Lithium batteries have higher safety and no memory effect.

Lead-acid batteries are easy to enter water, lithium batteries are not easy to enter water. Lithium batteries have a high storage energy density, reaching 460-600Wh/kg, about 6-7 times that of lead-acid batteries. This will better store energy for solar street lamps.


7. Lithium battery solar street lamp is very heat-resistant

Solar street lamps are exposed to the sun every day, so there are higher requirements for the temperature environment. The thermal peak value of lithium iron phosphate battery can be 350 ~ 500 C, and it can be used in the environment of - 20 ~60 C.


8. Price and warranty

At present, the mainstream batteries on the market are 48 volts, if changed, lead-acid batteries are at 450 yuan, with a one-year warranty; lithium batteries are relatively expensive, requiring 1000 yuan, but with a two-year warranty.
